Karen Winkworth – Principle Physiotherapist. A 1982 graduate of the University of Queensland, Karen worked in Queensland Health for many years in Townsville, Gold Coast and Cairns. Karen moved to private practice in 1991 and in 1993 established her own practice. Karens experience in musculo-skeletal physiotherapy is wide and varied, working with all clients. Karen has also been conducting hydrotherapy in Cairns for 10 years. Karen is a ‘local’ who was born and bred in Cairns and has a keen local knowledge of the environment and its effect on the body and mind.
Helen Cooper - Senior Physiotherapist. A 1981 graduate of the University of Queensland, Helen has been in private practice for many years. Helen has extensive experience with the elderly and disabled. Helen has undertaken contract work with several Cairns nursing homes and more recently with the St Johns Community Care. Helen also provides sports medicine services in her own time to several rugby league teams and yes, she is another born and bred local.
Stacey Morris – Senior Physiotherapist. A 1981 graduate of the University of Queensland, Stacey is another local who grew up in Cairns. Stacey has extensive experience working at the Cairns Base Hospital and outreach to Cooktown Hospital. Stacey subsequently moved to private practice specialising in musculoskeletal, sports, acupuncture and rehabilitation.

Cliff Johnstone – Physiotherapist. New to the team, Cliff is a 2008 graduate of Griffith University completing a Masters of Physiotherapy. He also holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science with first class honours. Yet another born and bred local who on completing his studies, was delighted to return to Cairns and become established here. Cliff has a special interest in musculoskeletal and rehabilitation.
Ian Hainsworth – Physiotherapist. A 2006 graduate from England, Ian is finding his niche in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Sheree Jacobs – Physiotherapist. A 2000 graduate of the University of Queensland. Sheree has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and an awareness of indigenous health issues.
